Week # 13 ________________ 5/14/2008 Make ups – Remember to make up matches as soon as possible. If you have scheduled the date please notify results@sfda.org. Make ups must be scheduled within 30 days of the original date.
· REMINDER: Wednesday is the last week of the season. Please make sure that all make up matches are played and missing match sheets have been sent in. If you have questions please contact results@sfda.org . Also The semi finals will be first place (home team) vs. fourth place and second place (home team) vs. third place. The finals will be played at a neutral bar which will be posted next news. · The Special Event date has been changed. The original date was May 11 but this is mother’s day so we are changing the date to Sunday May 18. All other related information remains unchanged.The ballots for MVP have been distributed. Please have your teams fill them out and mail them in to the P.O. Box in the envelope provided by end of play on week 14. · A huge thanks to everyone that helped with Tony’s Memorial. JR, all the donating peeps and bars, Lois, Ed, Les and Anne and everyone. It was a great send off for Tony, so many old and missing faces were there or passed on their warm memories. It could not have been better. The e-memorial book will be on line for another month for peeps to sign in on that could not make it to the memorial. It will be on the home page and I encourage everyone go there and sign in. A copy will be sent to Debbie in June. The word will be put out when that happens. · Congratulations to our ADO Winners. Jesse Sechak and Joanne Plachutin will be representing the SFDA in the regionals. Jesse is unable to attend so Pakorn Tansuwandee (second place) will be going in his place. Good Luck SFDA players! · SF Open Logo Contest –We are accepting all submissions for said event. If you want to submit a logo or for further details please contact John Bouvier at SFOpen@sfda.org . The winner of the contest will receive an SF Open Tee shirt, be credited in our program and get a $50 certificate good for ANYTHING at the 2008 SF Open.
